Holy crap lol I'm just surprised how similar my deck is, the ratios are essentially the same as yours, only difference is I lowered rush Luffy and rush Zoro down to 3 to put in 2 copies of Punk Gibson, otherwise it's the same. Also to note, there's a lot of benefit to use re-stands on Kid & Killer since his ability isn't once per turn, you can put an additional 2k on him, so on some turns you can use your leader ability & re-stand law and make him a 7/9/11k swinger on the same turn.

If you swing 3 times with Kid and Killer he gets 2000 every time. He ends up at 11k.
