I enjoy this song very much. Lauren has this amazing way to sound tortured and defiant at the same time, quite true on this tune with this lyrical content. The music aways fits her vocal stylings as well. The guitars sound both sad and angry and the drums are primal. RHD is always a visceral experience for me. Cuts right to my inner spirit and twists me up… in a good way.

Ok, long comment here. And this is just my opinion. I wish I could do this more privately. Really good song! Technically excellent! Drums are crisp and driving, guitars rock, and Lauren, you are beyond amazing! But, I don’t think long term this will be anyone’s very favorite song. Because of one complaint, it’s very formulaic. It’s a song that will go in the middle of any metal playlist and be appreciated as filler to maintain energy. Again, this is my first impression and opinion. I really hope this grows on me but for now, it’s a solid 7 out of 10.
