Red Harlow is the FASTEST Gunslinger ! Faster than Arthur & John: Brimstone Battle Royale

Brimstone is a large town in Red Dead Revolver.
Brimstone is the largest town in Red Dead Revolver and the capital of Mississippi territory in the game. As the capital, it is the location of the governor's mansion, a palatial structure that rivals the White House. Its proximity to the Bear Mountain Mine and that mine's affiliation with the governor ensure that a large quantity of gold makes its way through the town, much of it being spent in the saloon.
Each year the Battle Royale duelling competition takes place in Brimstone, attracting quickdraw specialists from all around. Local lawman Sheriff Bartlett officiates the event and generally attempts to keep the peace in an area that's rife with thugs, gangs, and corruption.
Brimstone features as a rest area between gameplay missions, where players have the opportunity to purchase weapons, acquire quests, and interact with NPCs. The player first enters Brimstone after completing the mission "Railroaded". There are four subsequent opportunities to wander the streets and shops, with the last visit being before the mission "Battle Royale".
Battle Royale is a mission in Red Dead Revolver.
After killing General Diego, Red returns to Brimstone and enters the annual Battle Royale dueling contest.
Enter Sheriff Bartlett's office and speak to him to start the mission. Unlike previous missions, the player is given an option to accept or decline. This is because this represents the last chance for the player to freely move around Brimstone during the game. Declining the mission simply returns control to the player.
After the weapon selection screen, a cutscene shows the sheriff on a balcony, flanked by Jason and Oswald Cornet, kicking off the Battle Royale. He introduces Gabriel Navarro and Red Harlow as the first contestants.
The duel with Navarro begins and follows the normal dueling process. After Navarro is defeated, a series of still images show Jack Swift, Annie Stoakes, Billy Cougar, and Mr. Kelley defeating their opponents. Sheriff Bartlett then introduces the round between Red and Billy Cougar.
After defeating Kidd Cougar, the scene switches to the inside of the saloon and a message appears, "You have a room upstairs." The player is free to move around the saloon and talk to people there, including purchasing items from the bartender, but can not leave the saloon. Enter the last room upstairs to begin the next mission. Note that exiting the game before entering the room will require the player to repeat "Battle Royale."
Battle Finale is a mission in Red Dead Revolver.
After surviving the first two rounds of the Battle Royale, Red Harlow is set to duel the reigning champion, Mr. Kelley. Although fellow competitors Annie Stoakes and Jack Swift are still in the competition, Governor Griffon takes charge and disqualifies them to make the duel between Red and Kelley determine the winner of the competition.
The opening cutscene shows Sheriff Bartlett, flanked by the governor and Jason Cornet, introducing Mr. Kelley and Red as the competitors. Suddenly the sheriff is whisked away and the governor steps in to say that he's disqualifying Annie and Jack in order to make this duel determine the overall champion.
The duel with Mr. Kelley begins. He is more challenging than the previous contestants and the player must score multiple critical hits very quickly in order to win the duel. After winning the duel, a cutscene shows the governor drawing his Scorpion Revolver, thus revealing himself to be the one who betrayed Red's father. Red has a flashback to when his father first showed him his own Scorpion Revolver. Kelley, only wounded in the duel, then gets up as the governor tells him to finish off Red.
Kelley begins running through the streets, shooting at both Red and the innocent bystanders of Brimstone. The player must kill Mr. Kelley, being careful to avoid hitting bystanders. When Kelley is finally killed, a cutscene shows Red, Jack, and Annie meeting up. Sheriff Bartlett emerges and Red demands to know where he can find the governor. Bartlett tells him about the mansion and Jack and Annie both indicate they'll be coming along to help out. This ends the mission.

Then there’s also the possibility that the contestants start shooting each other in the saloon before the contest even started. Red managed to duel and win against Mr Kelley, and Kelley can draw at a speed of around 0.20 seconds which is just as fast as Arthur is not alittle faster, I think Arthur can draw at a speed of around 0.25 seconds, around that number. And Red managed to beat the Governor who was definitely faster than Arthur. Also yes, Red duels here with a much slower technique. He stretches his arm out before firing instead of the quick draw fanning at hip technique that Arthur does. Yet despite that, Red still canonically beat someone faster than Arthur with that slower technique, if anything that's just showing how inhumanly skilled Red is And if Red did that fanning at hip technique? He could kill literally everyone before they drew leather Also yes Red can fan his revolver at his hip, he does it in game. For whatever unknown reason he just doesn't duel like that in the time of Red Dead Revolver Plus Red can shoot them all before they are ready, this youtuber just doesn't show it.

Boy Calloway took out 12 men in a gun fight and arthur easily beats him in a duel. Arthur is also able to take out 20 men before they can even draw their guns. If you like Red better or think he is more bad ass thats cool, but hes nowhere near Arthurs level

The moment Arthur tries to get a shot on Red, Red will already have blown away most of his skull. The only one in all Red Dead that could possibly match or beat Red is Prime Landon Ricketts.
