Thank thank you so much. Learned so much in 15 minutes about Gitops operator/Argo in OpenShift. We tried to follow this in 1.1 version operator that’s part of 4.7.9 Openshift install, sync or deployment wouldn’t work without explicitly assigning cluster admin role to the service account. Any known issues with the latest release? Also any timeline on next release that includes Openshift authentication for Argo?

He did mention that they do not give cluster-admin by default but do give enough privliges to the argo-cd operator. check the video by Christian on RBAC maybe kzbin.info/www/bejne/rJaphJ1vhqmYrZo

@@CloudNativeJanitor thanks, was able to make it work in a fresh install with out of box Argo instance.
