I've got a mounting tip for Cotton since he seems so fond of aerial style. Whenever the camera zooms out while mounted, that is when you brace. It'll save you so much time if you know exactly when it's coming since it's so different to World. I just hope this comment isn't lost in the sea of other great comments and tips. Just remember: If it's a Natural reason why the Monster changed it's a variant (Example: Chaotic Magala, Savage Jho, One Horned Demonking Diablos, One Eyed Garuga from Freedom) If it's a Hunter that Made it look like it does now like breaking certain parts or causing it to do something that changes its appereance it's a Deviant (example: Bloodlust Diablos, Thunderlord Zinogre, Rustclaw Shogun)

Im pretty sure in thunderlord zinogre's case it was a random mutation, and Rust shogun was the fact that it found a glavenus skull, and uses It to sharpen it's claws, but yes BloodBath/Massacre Demon Diablos is because of an encounter with a hunter

Oh I cannot wait to see Cotton's reaction to the Massacre Demon, Bloodbath Diablos. But I really like the Deviants. With two exceptions: Silverwind and Dreadqueen. And yes, while I don't like standard Tigrex I think Grimmclaw is actually pretty cool. But Silverwind and Dreadqueen are really not fun to fight if you ask me. Giving Nargacuga a projectile and Rathian stronger poisen really made their fights an absolute mess.
