Spinning knot that is on my heart It's like a bit of light and a touch of dark You got sneak attacked from the zodiac But I see your fire spark Eat the breeze and go Blow by blow and go away Oh, what do you say? Yeah, you don't know my mind You don't know my kind Dark necessities are part of my design and Tell the world that I'm falling from the sky Dark necessities are part of my design Stumble down to the parking lot You got no time for the afterthought They're like ice cream for an astronaut Well that's me looking for we Turn the corner and Find the world at your command Playing the hand Yeah, you don't know my mind You don't know my kind Dark necessities are part of my design Tell the world that I'm falling from the sky Dark necessities are part of my design Do you want this love of mine? The darkness helps all to shine Do you want it, do you want it now? Do you want it all the time? The darkness helps us all to shine Do you want it, do you want it now? Pick you up like a paperback With the track record of a maniac So I move it in and we unpack It's the same as yesterday Any way we roll Everything must go away Ah, what do you say? I love Josh. I can't imagine something more difficult than be the one after John. And please guys, tell me one guitarist who can imitate the way John played. Josh is doing his best, his own, and he does it with love. That's what count.
@marshallrich73917 жыл бұрын
Joe Blow Hillel Slovak was the original, yes. But he died early in RHCP's career. John was the best to fill the position. Josh was the best to fill John's position. I think we can all agree. If Hillel was still alive and with the red hot chili peppers today, the band would still be amazing, but it wouldn't be the same. I'm not saying it would be better or worse. I'm just saying that it would be different.

Spinning knot that is on my heart It's like a bit of light and a touch of dark You got sneak attacked from the zodiac But I see your fire spark Eat the breeze and go Blow by blow and go away Oh, what do you say? Yeah, you don't know my mind You don't know my kind Dark necessities are part of my design and Tell the world that I'm falling from the sky Dark necessities are part of my design Stumble down to the parking lot You got no time for the afterthought They're like ice cream for an astronaut Well that's me looking for weed Turn the corner and Find the world at your command Playing the hand Yeah, you don't know my mind You don't know my kind Dark necessities are part of my design Tell the world that I'm falling from the sky Dark necessities are part of my design Do you want this love of mine? The darkness helps all to shine Do you want it, do you want it now? Do you want it all the time? The darkness helps us all to shine Do you want it, do you want it now? Pick you up like a paperback With the track record of a maniac So I move it in and we unpack It's the same as yesterday Any way we roll Everything must go away Ah, what do you say?

This video is amazing. It's not a romanticism, either. Somebody built dirt bike jumps in a wooded area equip with a real half pipe. I remember biking with the older boys and getting into it and out of the half pipe once without falling down. Must've been 6 or 7, maybe 8. Dark winter. Spring that brought intermittent normal days and laughter. Summer that brought resignation to a deep burn. Riding with the older kids made me comfortable with adrenaline, and I got to see it bring joy in others. Invigorating. These guys combined so many intelligences in this song and video.

As long as I love this band I feel I need something new to discover..and this lockdown days I did it. I shared with you cause would be great to see an underground band grow. They are RED CAN. Love the lyrics specially in So Young kzbin.info/www/bejne/nHiZioeIfNFsbpY

They've been getting more and more commercial for years now. Their best work is long behind them.

Last real album was one hot minute then Californacation was the beginning of the commercial era an my last album I actually loved by them.. after that I kind of lost interest an it's ok because that's how music an bands work.. they evolve an grow an change an lose listeners an gain new ones an ect an I wish them luck an success an have much respect for them an I'll admit that they are still making catchy tunes between His lyrics an fleas bass it's almost impossible not to write a catchy song
