I'm a drummer and i can confirm that we have a LOT of fun playing. Its my favorate instrument to play, and i've tried piano and i'm learning bass currently, but I think drums are the true instrument for me.

I'd love to make music/play in a band that jams anywhere near as amazing as the RHCP. Chad Smith is my all time favorite drummer and while I still don't have all of the incredible groove and feel he has, my play style is similar to his in that I like to play stuff that jams but it's not about trying to play as many notes as possible or being the most technical player.

This videos shows: acrylic kits are for show, not for sound. It’s lifeless and flat sounding. But looks killer. I have played an acrylic DW Design series kit 2 times and it felt like hitting “good sounding” plastic buckets. Nothing can compete with wooden drum kits! I just love my Tama Star Maple set 🤤
