I’ve followed Mato / Indigenous for years. LOVE his style. I’m not familiar with Levi but oh my did he slay that lead. Will definitely be looking for more of his playing!

How are these guys not HUGE?? Mato picks right up where Jimi and SRV left off. The rhythm section is excellent too, and Levi can smoke that red guitar. They are the REAL DEAL.

missopowers idk but I heard them over 16 yrs ago when Mato Nanji was playing with his sister on drums and brother on bass. It’s the same old story great guitarist overlooked and underrated because they don’t play mainstream bs. But they’re always in the Experience Hendrix Tour and dvd. Check out if u haven’t his lookalike Big Head Todd and the Monsters too especially at Red Rocks and Chris Duarte. These guys have a great video unfortunately it’s only on vhs tape with special guest Chris Duarte but they still have dvds out. Not as great as the tape but still good. Also, some great CDs. Live at Pachyderm Studios and their first cd can’t remember the name. I think it’s The Things We Do. Chris Duarte has a dvd Axploration. And some great songs on his CDs. Shiloh, Something Wicked and on another cd 32 blues. Popa Chubby’s another one. Great guitarist. He also has 2 CDs part 1 and 2 called Electric Chubbyland. All Hendrix covers. He has several great dvds out too

Saw them 20 years ago in Springfield mass. Then again at foxwoods the next year, both free shows. I was 5 ft from mato both times and he has to be one of the best guitarist I have ever seen. His hands would dissappear with every note come clear.

When I was a teenager I came across Things We Do at Wal Mart and just decided to buy it and took it home and my mind was blown. I've been a fan ever since and was lucky enough to meet Mato at a show when they were just getting started and got his autograph. I think I was literally the only person there that even knew who they were. He's a great player for sure. I've always loved his version of Red House. He tears the house down. No pun intended. LOL.

I laughed for quite a while after, so the only thing to say is that: These guys rock! I haven't heard the word "skins" since I lived in sodak. west river rocks!
