it's match ups like these that I wish side decking was a thing in Digimon. This feels unwinnable at times with things like level 5 aces making it possible to get a quick level 6 on the board that just stops you from playing. (Although, I do note that the red hybrid player didn't do themselves any favors by not trying to memory choke that often this game).

So when a digimon has sec - and your opponent has no security, you can't attack for game (Flamemon game 1 at the end)? I and my friends are playing it the wrong way

Correct in order to attack for game the digimon had to be able to check a security even though there are no security left.

SEC - is kind of confusing when you don’t know. Basically, SEC - means you can attack but the only thing that will happen is “when attacking” effects.

Has the yellow vaccine updated his list at all since st-17? Ive been wondering about st-17 rapid if its worth it or just only once we become armor vaccine in bt16.

It has. I cut an angemon and the hybrid for 2 st-17 rapidmons. Replaced the Karis with 4-cost T.ks and the revelation of light for a 3rd emissary of hope. Also almost forgot, a 3rd seraphi over mitama.

The st-17 rapidmon feels very good even now. 1000 more dp inherit, blocker, your turn effect, and armor purge all came up that night.

@@jjrbenis07 yeah I was going to try two of each rapid and cut down some things maybe switch around the level 5s and 6s My list so far is Lv2: 4x kyaromon Lv3: 4x bt14 patamon , 2x ex5 salamon, 2x pillomon,4x kudamon Lv4: 4x bulkmon , 2x bt14 Angemon, 4x ex5 gatomon Lv:5 4x angewomon ace, 4 x magnaangemom ace Lv6: 3xmagnadramon, 2x seraphimon, 1x venusmon Lv7: 1x ruin mode, 1x mercifulmode Tamers : 3 bt14 t.k, 2 4 cost t.k Options : 3 emissary,3 training, 1 revelation. I've been thinking about going down magna ace cause sometimes having 8 aces feels bad and maybe go down a magnadramon not to sure. The lvl 4s I for sure will change and my lv2s. What's your list looking like?

​@cafekkosean1875 yeah i didn't like 8 aces, overflow is unavoidable. My list is similar to the pinned video with the above changes, except I also cut a merciful mode for another magnadramon.

Are you sure? The security effect has to trigger first, which plays the T.K. Then the question becomes: Does T.K.'s on play happen while angewomon is already lingering or are they simultaneous? My understanding in the moment was T.k. being played is the newest trigger. I can see it either way now since angewomon hasn't had an opportunity to activate.

@@jjrbenis07 you can't activate angewo until after security has been resolved. they go off at the same time.

@@ClubbingSealCub This is incorrect. When the Security is revealed Angewoman triggers. However security effects must resolve immediatly, which plays the T.K. T.K. is now the newest trigger and must activate. Only then can you return to the Angewoman. Angewoman can't activate until after the security resolved, but it did trigger and go into pending activation before T.K. is played

i was thinking the same thing. i knew venusmon (-security) and i thought takuya (+security) would cancel things out to 0. but EmperorGreymon also had (+security), so it had +1 overall. if he could had used the other takuya to climb into emperor, then he could destroy venusmon and get memory from overflow.
