Almost all of them, yes. If you take a look at the video I just uploaded yesterday (the golf course property), those interiors are also mostly the 12mm zero-d on the Komodo-X.

Being hammered by noise reduction, yeah. Real estate shoots are rarely controlled after all. Why, what would you do differently?

I dont know I have been saving for a CMIT for a long time myself, I know shotguns arent always the solution so I thought maybe she is under some kind of foyer... but yes I assumed some audio processing was going on. Have you seen Sound Speeds channel? He does some test with an adobe AI vocal cleaner which makes pretty much any mic moot... but this sounded good and clear but I am super citical of anylyzing CMITS (Since there are like literally only 5 videos of them on youtube). It would be cool to see you do a CMIT audio test sometime, just to add to the lack of CMIT videos.... anyway nice video! I hope she paid you thousands for it serioulsy cause that house is gonna make bank! And you made her look really good! Komodo skin tones!!! @@loudandclearmedia

@@John-e4p1x Thanks brother. Yeah, there's no magic bullet 100% of the time, unfortunately, but CMITs are solid. Could I have gotten better audio?...yeah, sure, if I were to have gotten the mic closer (it was camera mounted), overhead boomed it in a blimp etc, but this is really run and gun stuff and to my ears the CMIT sounds good for that.

I love working with clients who might be starting out and don't have the budget for a big production company. They don't deserve crap quality just because they don't have the money (yet). And as they grow, they'll stay loyal to you. That's before we go into the matter of who he actually enjoys working with. I'd rather work with a fun client with no budget, than a rich client who I can't stand to be around but pays me more. His kit reflects his own (high) standards, not yours and not his clients. While the client might not be able to tell the difference between a Komodo and an iPhone when watching a video, I guarantee they recognise expensive camera gear on set, and a cam-operator who knows their stuff and has confidence. This gives them confidence and then gives the best performance when they're in front of camera.
