Red light still is not for them on 2024

Driving down Avenida Prolongación 27 de Febrero on a very quiet Sunday, with no traffic jams, and no traffic accidents to regret, I could see why many accidents happen in my country. One of these causes is not respecting red lights. In Santo Domingo and other cities in the country, if not all, motorcycle drivers do not respect red lights, and although there is a system of cameras at traffic lights, as you can see in the ones I am passing, they do not seem to be subject to the consequences of traffic laws, since they are never fined. As proof, look at how patiently and impunely they run red lights, without any fear of any regime of consequences.
