chrome needs to go onto non wipe top coat in order to be reflective mirror finish. so black then top coat then chrome then top coat to finish

if you wipe the fell with alcohol before rubbing the chrome on i promise it makes it sooo mirror like!! i used to have the same problem

Love how detailed you were! Beautiful set! For an easier way to do the pedal jelly flowers, roll them into a ball and place them on nail where you want the pedal to be and then use your tool or silicone tool to flatten flower from the middle to the end of the pedal. I hours this helps😍❤️🧡

For the chrome try applying a layer of no wipe top coat then directly apply the chrome on top ! It gives the perfect mirror effect without the ugly grainy effect. It works every time for me !😊

if you want the chrome to look shiny, you need to apply some top coat and cure for 30 seconds. then go over it with the chrome.
