I so enjoy you and your channel! I’m new here and I have learned so much. Thank you. I did a full-on look the other evening using your underpainting technique. The end result was pretty amazing. At 66 I have dreadful under eye bags. When I set the under eye with Laura Mercier powder, the under eye was very nice. However, when I went to set the rest of my face something went awry. The only foundation I have is Dior Forever Skin Glow. I blend that with Dior Dream Skin Capture Totale which I love! I’m still learning about setting powders and will continue my quest for the right combination. My biggest issue at the moment is finding a concealer that I can use as a contour color. I am fair but have a lot of color in my face and every concealer I try in a color deep enough for the job ends up too warm, some end up nearly copper. I’m not ready for a bronzer yet. I want to find a cool contour color first. Do you have any suggestions? I have swatched…NARS, ABH, Tarte…and a few other concealers. Fenty has a cool color, but I’m not sure I like the formula in the stick. It feels like the color will grab and be difficult to blend. Fenty also makes a near perfect color in a compact, but it seems like it would slide all over. It may blend out too sheer as well. I feel the same about the ABH contour stick, it seems like it might grab. Do you have any suggestions?
