In my opinion, it's an inferior version of normal Desert Eagle. Also, the Candy Apple probably restores the same amount of hunger as Toffee Apple or Jandel's 1B Visits Cake.

Bro, I just went to Ghost Town (it took 1 hour because my phone lags a lot and everything goes into slow motion after about 8000m). I went looking for the backpack but I couldn't get it (I used the free revive method (since it was lag I couldn't fly to see the loot) and I got a scepter, a truck tire launcher and in the radio tower I found a pupkin RPG (I got the scepter because it was the best and I still had to take my spooken revolver out of my backpack ;( )

Yo Fairsh, I found a white marker/pen it's chance is 600k+ I found it in 3500 truck stop that means it's true rare items spawn at 3500 not 20k-25k meters there's proof in the chat box if you see what I got.
