A good way to range the tanks that he didn't mention but did (probably on accident) is shooting at them with the coax machine gun. If the tank is far and you need to adjust your sights, adjust your turret manually, fire off the coax, and if it hits, adjust your sights accordingly, this is actually the method tankers used on the fly in battle (wish I could remember where I saw it...)

The Mkb42 and every sub machine gun in the game fires from an open bolt. A round is chambered when the trigger is pulled so in real life it would never give you an "extra" round. That "trick" only works on closed bolt guns. The Mkb42 is also very anarchistic for Stalingrad.

No, it fires from an open bolt. The later MP43, MP44/STG44 fired from a closed bolt.

I find that reloading before your magazine runs out entirely fucks me over in the end. I'm always in a tough position with clips that have 5 bullets in them so I have to reload every 2 seconds and it gets me killed.

31 bullet might save ur life, but the 29 mag might end it. Not exsactly a save choice and personaly i would keep 30.

For the tank section, when facing a tank head on, aim for the bottom ridge of the tank. Its usually a quick and easy kill. And, if your lucky, their tank will pop like a cork with the turret flying off

Great video, thanks! As something that you should add, as a general rule of thumb if your coax MG can hit it, so can your cannon, it REALLY helps for using the range finder (Give them a small burst for long range shots and adjust your reticule to where the bullets fall)

another good addition for tactic one that was shown is to lean. Trust me, leaning allows you to snap back into cover, and doesn't expose the whole body. It's also a real world tactic. My advice for anyone as a rifleman or anything for that matter is just to stick to cover, never expose your entire body (with the exception of moving cover, in which you should request suppression from another player) , and stay with and support your team. If you do that, you'll be just fine :)

Lol first time I was using an AT rifle, I didn't know what it was. I charged a tank thinking it was a regular rifle (idk why i think I wanted to die lol) then I went prone, aimed randomly at the tank and shot. A big boom came out of that rifle and made the tank explode in one hit. I was like "HOLY SHIT!" then I got killed.

I always aim for the Iron Cross sign on the right side (haven't tried left, might work too) of the Panzer IV, just fire an AP shell right there at relatively close range and you've got yourself a nice wreck. It's almost as if they put it there on purpose.

Great tips! Although, I would say that rushing into the room ready to fire from the hip is also a valid way to clear a room, but you should probably have a buddy by your side so that each one of you can take one side of the room when you rush it.

Aim very low on the t-34 since the ammo was stored on the floor. On the panzer IV aiming for the mid section works best for me. Please people, remember you have 2 types of shell by default AP - armor piercing, NOT anti personal and HE - high explosive. I see people forgetting or not knowing that they can even switch. Platoon commanders on tank only maps also get smoke. Small but amazing tip for medium to long range shots - use the spot key (z defult), read the rang, set, then fire and ajust if needed. (Sights on the t-34 take a while to learn since soviet sights were of lower quality). Also fun to ram the enemy tanks if yor gun is broken or loader is dead.

You missed a weakspot on panzer 4 the window for the driver is a good target if you can hit it. Will either kill driver or blow up the tank from hitting the ammo

i have found that from the front, aiming at the neck of the turret is pretty good. they made the t34 in this game too powerful. the model of t34 in stalingrad was not a match for the pz4 at the time but is still a fun game :D

The pak 40 (or L/43 75mm) on the Panzer IV has enough power to hit the T34 anywhere and pen even at 600-800m

well but if you manage to penetrate the turret it is possible to kill the gunner and commander, basically "disarming" the enemy and leaving them open to further attack, but yeah always go for the lower glacias

Did you copy these tank hitboxes from the RO1 diagrams? You're missing some, I'm pretty sure there's a fuel tank on the floor behind the driver you can hit on the p4

I don't understand the manual bolting what do you have to do? Also when do you need to shoot that fast? Usually you're taking your time so why do you need to fire so fast?

Mnaually bolting means you can controll the fire more easily. You can finish the animation quicker so your sight is not obscured by your arm for as long therefore you can take another shot or switch targets. The other benefit is the firerate since people stack up around cover and manual bolters can take out more of them before they take cover. There is also something that a lot of people dont do. You dont need to bolt the gun right after shooting so you can use the bayonet faster up close or you can take a shot go out of ironsights and go back to cover automatically and then bolt the rifle and poke out again(this works well since you stay in cover for the bolting and can even change position while staying out of sight)

Also bolting faster is useful when you find yourself in close quarters with the enemy.

The problem is I always forget to click fire again to work the bolt, so then I find myself with a shot lined up and when I go to fire, i work the bolt instead and get killed.

Would be incredibly nice if manually reloading tank shells actually worked in this game. Playing the T-70 is a veritable nightmare. "Did I get him?" *Promptly reloads shell and dies* "Guess not." One tip I'd love to learn is how to turn that on, if it even works. Yes, I've unchecked the option in settings to no avail.

I come from Ro1, I know all the hit points of the tanks like I had given birth they and didn't work in Ro2. Pz4 in this game is better thank T34. And with AT Riffle the most of the time you will only kill the crew. I need to say the rest of the video is really cool (I used manual bolt and switched it to auto. I will change that ) Thanks ;-)

Then there's shmo's like me who enjoy the realism aspect of the game, so keep the mag I start with, count the rounds, and reload when I see fit. At 29 rounds if possible to get 30+1 on the next mag, earlier if I'm stuck in close quarters and don't want to be left with 5 rounds or so, or reload on an empty mag if I happen to miscount or find necessity to rapid fire until empty which doesn't happen often. I try to get the 30+1, but won't reload ASAP. That's unnecessary and unrealistic.

Putting one in the chamber is not at all unrealistic - law enforcement and soldiers do it all the time. That's why the capacity for semi auto handguns is listed as something like "9+1" for example.

Here's a tip - aim for center mass. That way if you are aiming high, you hit them in the legs. If you are aiming low you get the headshot. If you aim for the heard and you're high, it's a miss. Also if you're low, double tap and the next shot will hit something more vital.
