Red Panda - Zoo Brno

Red Panda in Brno Zoo in the Czech Republic. The red panda, also known as the little panda or red panda, is a small mammal native to the Himalayan forests. Its fur is distinctly red to brown, it has a long bushy tail and is known for its playfulness and curiosity. Despite its name, it has little in common with the giant panda; it belongs to its own family, Ailuridae. Its main food items are bamboo, fruit, eggs and insects.
