Eriks cover are amazing, one of his best. Erik and Jona Tee here on keys was bandmates in the band HEAT, and also together in New Horizon. Erik was also vocalist in Skid Row, but chosed to quit to take care of his health. Jona Tee plays all of the instruments here and also plays a lot of the instruments in Eriks other covers. He also does mix, master and production. So they are both such talented artists. Eriks cover of Black Sabbath’s Headless cross are amazing, he also covers Celine Dions All by myself and Whitney Houstons I will always love you. Both ourstanding performances by Erik. 😀🇸🇪

I loved the original for many years, but for me this is by far the best rendition of this song. Not in the sense that it was better sung or better played, because it's one of the most iconic songs for a reason, but in the sense that vocals, music, performance and video made me feel the desperation expressed in the lyrics in a way original never did. Brilliant work from Erik and Jona!As Britt said, Erik was the singer in bands H.E.A.T and New Horizon and he joined Skid Row in 2022 as their new singer in '22 shortly after finishing his cancer treatment. Touring tempo was too much for his health, though, so he quit the band earlier this year. Thanks for your reaction, hope for more. Btw, he and Tommy Johansson did an amazing cover of Sabaton's Carolus Rex, I strongly recommend it, also Erik's covers I Will Always Love You, Headless Cross and many more

I take you on your word and post some examples from his catalog. Here is a mix of covers and one song he has written. It's different genres, high notes, low notes, soft and tender, crystal clear, a fragility that you don't expect from a rock/metal artist. While he has the power that you expect him to have. Great Reaction 👍 but as you said the funny part is his vocals fits for anything. He has so many songs that is nearly better then the original. His journey covers are amazing and tbh all his covers are amazing
