There are so many little details, that obviously took a lot of time to create, and it is sad that they can be easily overlooked since they blend in with the rest just great! However this isn't necessarily a bad thing, because those little details make this awesome movie look so polished like any of your other movies. Now I wish I hadn't seen it so I could watch again.

- 00:08 Me wondering where did he found so many telephone/electrical lines - 00:14 Me stunned at how cool that simple title effect was. - 00:33 Cool punching animations - 00:40 I appreciated the nose touching move, felt very natural and in place, small details that helps to make a machinima feel more real. - 00:50 Il nostro Antonio è il migliore. - 02:45 Poor car... That streaming spoiled me the ending of that beautiful car. - 05:10 That's how you fire people properly. - I didn't knew I would see this kind of action. Very nice portrated. - 06:20 Nice transitions and weapon throw. - 06:35 Don't lie to me, how many times you attempted this scene until it came correctly? - I don't know if you used 25 EVE blur samples for the car chase but if you did, right decision looks so smooth and nice. Knowing how hard car chases are, you did a great job. - 09:16 Wow, was that a explosive-smoke modifier mod used in-game or post-editing CGI? - 10:42 This is what happens when you Boss uses too much language in code. We all are Vicenzo. #WeAreVicenzo - 12:37 Fucking love those machineguns sfx. The shooting part had some of the best shots imo. - 13:44 WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW Didn't expected that coming, now I see what you were talking about. Best shot. - 14:05 I felt that recoil. - 14:09 Can I take that Golden watch? - 14:30 DAAAAAAAMN, you did it again. Was this made in-game with Menyoo again or CGI? - 15:54 Haha the tyre blowing up, how opportune ;) - 16:10 Don Romano did the right thing, your mistakes can be forgiven, but Maserati's have a cost... And you can only pay that cost with your own life. - 16:37 Thanks for basing your machinima in my family's story without telling anyone. You did a great work portraying my father's story about the mistake that his nephew-in-law made that day. Keep it secret! Really enjoyed your work on this one, some very cool shots, some of the best ones. I remember you told me that this one would be more serious than the previous short one, it is and it's great nonetheless. I hope Don Romano stays alive for many more machinimas and shorts with him moving stuff. PS: Accidentally I lost my previous comment that I was writing while I was watching this for the first time, this is officially the last time I write long ass comments on KZbin instead of an app where I can't reload the page by mistake.
@whanowa4 жыл бұрын
1) 6:35 actually not that many tries, maybe 5 or so. There were other shots with many more attempts, for instance 7:42 with the close call it was hard to time 2) I used only 15 samples, but only after your explanation in our chat I understood how this actually works 3) 9:16 this was only ingame triggerFX, one of the explosions, but when the smoke rises I did a time stretch ramp to slow the cloud down (this is why I export from GTA in 60 FPS so I can add some slow-mo when I need, useful also for dialogue scenes to match the lipsync) 4) both sniper bullet shots were only made with in-game techniques, tutorial follows in January 5) THANKS! P.S.: You need to master the *CTRL+A CTRL+C* combo. You can spam that to "save" your writing progress in between.

WOW! I finally watched this video after hearing so much about it while watching your tutorials! This is an incredible piece of work. The twist, the humor. Of course watching your filmography is inspiring as well. There were a few moments where I'm asking "how did he do that"? Thanks for your efforts in your tutorials as well. BTW, I found a work around to the task sequencer glitch where the "play animation" time goes to 0.0...you have to go into the xml and change a flag from "true" to "false" and reload the xml. It is kind of random when it happens, but with that flag at false you will then be able to set the time as desired and it won't revert to 0.0 again.
@whanowa Жыл бұрын
That's a workaround I didn't know yet. There's an easier one, though: Add a "nothing" task after the animation, set the desired duration. Then set the animation task to "keep running after allocated time". Cheers! Be sure to check out "TAIL LIGHT" next.
@mollonigta235 Жыл бұрын
@@whanowa I'll have to give that a try as well! Maybe that could even help with blended bottom and upper animations... I will watch your other videos! See you put into action what you explain really drives the point home and it gives me more ideas. Feel free to check out my shorts as well if you got some time. 😉⌚ And THANKS for not keeping secrets! I think it was you who showed the "Masked Magician" in one of your tutorials? My only downfall was not watching them sooner /before/ I started doing this, because on a few of your tips I was like "Shoot! I had to figure that one out the hard way" 🤣
@mollonigta235 Жыл бұрын
@@whanowa this is the line within the section: false If it is "true" change it to "false" and change the either in the xml file itself or when it's reloaded. AND, that flag in the xml has nothing to do with the "keep running after allocated time" check box...I checked that too ;) Now, if only they made menyoo's layout more user friendly! Why do I have to go to the bottom of a list for "favorites"??? :D

250+ minutes of footage cut into 17 perfect minutes of action and Comedy... Good job ! Also it's KeymonZz I'm having a name change (and sorry to watch the video this late)
@whanowa4 жыл бұрын
I recognized your avatar image. Thank you :) The 250 minutes was mostly due to a lot of dialogue footage because I often record multiple variations so I can choose which looks best with the lines I recorded. Therefore if I have a line that takes 5 seconds to speak, I always leave 3 seconds before and after each line for easier editing later, and then record three variations of that line this adds up to 37 seconds of footage instead of the 5 that will be seen in the final video. I do this to avoid annoying reshoots because setting up these big scenes is tiresome. All other shots I do are basically done pretty efficiently, but even there you always need to leave some extra room at the start and end of the thing you actually wanna show in the final result.
