I have no doubt that it could be a huge hit in the West if it was given a fair chance. Sincerely, someone who first heard of the show years ago from a random KZbin compilation, but only recently started watching because it was that difficult to find. I hope the series is doing well in China at least, because I'd hate for it to be cancelled

I think? SPOILER ALERT-- Mei is the 4th Ring of the Samadhi Fire that Red son was born with. The Samadhi fire is a true fire that even water cannot put out and it can destroy anything it touches. It was originally Red Son's Fire because he created/was born with that fire when he was a baby. As Red Son's Samadhi Fire power grew, his parents DBK and Princess Iron Fan had no choice but to Seal his power, with the Help of Nezha, Monki king, Buddhist Monk and DBK. In the Ceremony, the Fire was so powerful that the Monkie king got cocky and leaked some of the Samadhi fire out and it attacked Tang in his ?previous life? he was a Buddhist monk but the White Dragon Horse protected him and was hit with the Samadhi Fire, unexpectedly his body was turned into the 4th Ring. In Short ( Mei's Great thousand great White Dragon Horse grandfather was hit with The Samadhi Fire when they tried to Separate and Seal the fire inside Red Son and made 3 Rings that contained it. ) Originally there was only supposed to be 3 rings but when Mei's Great thousand great White Dragon Horse grandfather was hit with the Samadhi fire, he became the 4th Ring and that same Ring was passed on to Mei, who is the descendent of the White Dragon Horse. SO...... It would make sense that they have a link between them since she is kind of like apart of him?? Technically Red Son & Mei are in a soulmate link=AKA Red Son's Soulmate is Mei💝
