By the Lord, they've done it. They've made a new favorite of mine. I'm in tears, this is an absolutely incredible song. RED is a very special band to me. If it hadn't been for their music, I might not have made it through high school alive. But their music pulled me through, gave me something to live for and hang on to until I was strong enough to stand on my own. I will never be able to thank them enough for that. I hope they keep making music for as long as they can so that other people who have dealt with what I have can find them.

@@Merdicano and Innocense and Instinct and UWHF. after that they changed their sound a lot. Release the Panic was more rock driven, lost the orchestral elements, they introduced them back in the recalibrated version but still was missing something. Of Beauty and Rage was a epic album, but it was more of a work of art than the usual style. Gone was to much eletronic it was my least favorite. Now this is back to what i really love about them, really emotional rock songs with epic vocals and violins

Pointless and unjust anger is clearly wrong and the Bible mentions this but God himself is often described as being angry and we are always supposed to strive for divinity. Agape means being reasonable to everyone, not to acquiesce everything. Teaching love and pacifism without understanding the other side of life is very ignorant. Be friendly as long as it is possible but do not rest on it thinking that it solves all problems. In fact, pacifism is wrong in my opinion because it causes/allows problems and suffering. Being reasonable is the keyword here. Read the old testament and see what God commanded Israel to do to Canaanite peoples and see if you can apply your Christian-likeness to that.

Right now, this song, just took me back to a time when I really struggled in life. A time where, through Red, God was able to speak to me. Back then, I didn't realise what God was saying to me and as I look back on my life, I see that God had promised me so much more when all I wanted was to escape everything and choose the permanent solution to a temporary problem. I was at this particular concert. It was filmed in Charleston West Virginia at winterfest. When I tell you you could feel the music vibrate your soul... Wooooo. It's incredible how 16 yrs later in their career and they're still making great songs. Red is by far one of my favorite bands of all time. Been following them since 2006 when I got hooked through "Breathe Into Me" and "Let Go". And 11 yrs later I had the privilege of seein' them live in Brazil. Since I live in Brazil it's kinda hard to see certain bands like Red that only went one time to South America. But things are about to change for me in the middle of the year when I'll be moving to California. Anyway, amazing song !! Declaration is going to be a masterpiece.

Red has always been consistent with their songs and have come with pretty memorable ones, but this one is probably their greatest hit. It was the song I've listened the most in 2020 according to Spotify and everytime I do always am amazed at the its quality and harmony. Lyrics aside, the instrumental and vocal tone make me go back to my childhood days, what a blast!
