For the Red Velvet Cake
115 gram unsalted butter, room temp
330 gram sugar
2 eggs
110 gram sunflour oil
320 gram buttermilk
15 gram vinegar
6 gram red gel food coloring
3 gram vanilla extract
320 gram flour
30 gram cacao powder
5 gram baking soda
10 gram baking powder
2 gram salt
Bake each layer on 175 celcius for around 20/25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
150 gram unsalted butter, room temp
500 gram powdered sugar
400 gram cream cheese (Philadelphia or Monchou)
