RED VELVET STEAMED BONE RECIPE WITH ONLY 2 EGGS AND MELTED CHEESE VLA

STEAMED RED VELVET RECIPE
Material :
2 eggs
100 grams of granulated sugar
1 tsp sp
125 grams of wheat flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
50 gr liquid margarine
enough red velvet paste
vla ingredients:
150 ml liquid milk
50 gr spread cheese
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
cornstarch solution
steam for 25 minutes
how to make :
1. Put the eggs, granulated sugar and SP in a mixer bowl until fluffy.
2. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder
3. Add the dry ingredients little by little while mixing until smooth.
4. Add the melted margarine and stir again until there is no margarine sediment.
5. Add the red velvet paste and stir until evenly mixed.
6. Prepare the mold and put the dough into the mold (don't fill it too full)
7. Heat the steamer and steam for 25 minutes/until cooked.
8. Remove and let cool
9. Prepare a Teflon pan, add the liquid milk, spread cheese and sweetened condensed milk, stir and cook until boiling.
10. Add the cornstarch solution, stir again until the vla thickens, then let it cool slightly.
11. Put the vla into a triangular plastic bag
12. Pour the custard over the cake and serve.
