This is so special! 🥺 I know it's weird, but reading this book and watching this movie I felt like I had a true friend for the first time in my life. Maybe happiness exists, maybe it's possible to find people who love us for who we are. How fascinating and revealing to finally get the interviews we were robbed of because of the strike. Fills in a lot of detail with depth and humour, and certainly shows the degree of talent that came together with one mind to bring this project to fruition with that extra sprinkling of magic that happened with the making of this film and the final world wide success it became. The rare representation of nice people playing nice really shows remarkable results!

@@tis_k The strike last summer - which got a LOT of publicity - was within the film industry. It meant creatives walked out for better pay and conditions, and those who had worked on films etc due to be released were not allowed to publicise or do interviews to promote their work. Red White And Royal Blue came out in the midst of this, without the usual press campaign.

I just want to say that Nicholas Galitzine is insanely gifted in both acting & singing! And, evidently rugby. Someone like him doesn't come along very often. But the glue holding all that is the PERSON Nick. All that being said, the ENTIRE cast created an amazing ensemble!
