Crazy you posted this, I live in the Lehigh Valley. You're right a lot of the smaller townships are covered by the Pennsylvania State Police. I actually kinda prefer it because you don't get a bunch of corrupt small town sheriffs or police forces running speed traps to generate the townships money.

How do you have your game so bright? Just the brightness settings or do you have a visuals mod in?

Nope. It’s actually standard on max graphics.
