Factoring with a greater than 1 and a negative last term

Brandy, The three can come first. It doesn't matter which you put first. You'll ultimately get the same answer.

You'd have 2x^2 +3x - 10x - 15 which then factors into x(2x + 3) - 5(2x + 3). Finally, you'd have (2x + 5)(x - 5). The factors are just reversed. It's the same.
