Thank you for your video! As someone who can do basic knitting, but stuffs up casting off and ruined so many hats right at the end - this is an incredibly easy way to make a hat without the torture at the end. Awesome video 😊

Just a tip: if you are making a beanie from the brim up, you don't need to cast off. After you have done your last row, cut your yarn leaving a long tail, thread your needle with it, then pass it through all the stitches on your knitting needle. Remove the knitting needle and pull your yarn tight. It will gather up and you can sew a few stitches to lock it in place.

Some people might comment that it's faster with knitting or crocheting but people like me who's left handed it's a little bit challenging to learn crocheting or knitting I know some crocheting but this is a wonderful idea for children they could do the braids and you can help them stitch it together and they can make their own hats or as gifts to family members or friends nice for the holidays... 👍😎❤️
