I slowed it to the lowest but it's anxiety causing and distracting to see your fingers touch one strand then you decide to move the other one

The bracelet go loose when i am Wearing it , i think it is because of the satin .. when i use Leather cord i Doesnt happen. Can somebody tell me how you salve this problem ?
