If anything you should be using this years as an example. Finalists ronnie and hong 10 pulled most if not all their moves(before finals for ronnie). The only thing I can remotely think of is hong's threading move wasn't transitioned beforehand and ronnie's chair freeze against bootuz. Ronnie's finals moves were a little messy but he pulled them off except the 2000s.

I would have picked Lilou for this one hands down but I think there were few reasons judges picked Muxi. Muxi brought some fancy move like at 1:37, which is not often seen while Lilou's type of airchair is seen all the time, Lilou crashed with his flip, and judges were swayed by crowd.

Well Lilou sure used a lot of his moves in this round though. His hand-foot tucked spin that he did at the end and the freezes after some variation. My guess is even if he won this round, which he should have, he wouldn't have gone to far. Last year, he saved a lot of his good moves till the end and worked out for him. This round, he even used several of his moves and still lost. Too bad for him

It was a toss up, mix came up strong in the first but lilou took the second, third was a toss up. I give to both of them, as they definitley got skill in footwork.

lilou's flip was lower than the other bboy which made it look more difficult but lilou dind't come out as strong as he usual does which prolly costed him the crown he's dope but yeah i'd be afraid of him in the bc 2006

I'm kind of feeling that way as well. I think Lilou danced better than Muxi, also Muxi got up and reseted more, he also repeated that head invert freeze. Lilou did not repeat, he also hit that one forearm freeze on beat, which was so dope. I think Lilou took it.

The first set went easily to Muxibinha. I think I'd say that his set was close to flawless and with solid moves. He kinda did get repetitive after that in my oppinion. I'd vote for Lilou for the other two sets but in the first lilou was crushed which I think is why the judges gave Muxibinha the win.

actually only 1 judge was Brazilian, the other judges were Sonic, Storm, Junior and Rockafella, the other guy was Brazilian truth, I think Lilou did win, but it seemed like he held back, if it wasnt for that crash on the flip in the first round, that round would have easily been his, because his footwork was pretty nasty

Lilou isn't even my favorite but he definitely should have won this. He got robbed. Muxi's freeze was good but the crowd went crazy even when he repeated his freeze. I'm thinking judges were swayed by the crowd.

Where was Muxibiha's footwork? It almost just seemed like he was all sets and nothing else. He's got some really nice, orignal blow-ups though, and is talented nonetheless. But, man, Lilou cleary won that one. Really orignal style, good footwork, good musicality, decently clean, some nice blow-ups. Lilou had definitely become much better since the last BC One where he was rediculously sloppy.

Muxibinha was not bad, he probably showed his best moves vs Lilou; he was overall very clean and consistent. I know for sure Lilou didn't show his best tricks. I think Lilou should have won but that's my personal opinion. I also don't like how Muxibinha was trying to mock Lilou, kinda bad sportsmanship.

do you know who storm is? no i bet you dont, becuz u wouldnt call him a new school bboy if you did. the fact of the matter is, muxmbinha was killing it with his battle toprock and flowed his tricks nicely. lilou had some good stuff too but he did mess up a little and didnt do anything incredibly nasty. the judges watched the battle first hand, so none of us can realli judge this battle unless we were sitting in their chairs.

Ok both killed it in toprock, maybe muxi a bit more... And muxi was the number 1 local qualifier for those that were all like he wasn't expecting anything. But fuck, muxi didn't have any footwork at all. The dude was entirely toprock->blowup. Honestly i thought that should have gone to lilou, but i can easily understand how it could have gone to muxi... had to be 3-2 though.

Muxibinha won that, Lilou has not executed some moves to a point and muxibinha had the crowd on his side. He was able to throw power and freezes on beat while lilou did freezes to the beat. Lilou slept on muxibinha, bad choice. go battle the judges/muxibinha if you have a problem with the outcome

Actually Lilou's the first champ that lost on the first round. Omar lost against Lilou at second round, not first at 2005's, Omar WON first round against Bennie. Hong 10 lost at this year's BC One against Ronnie at Semi Finals. It just happened once and with Lilou. n_n'

lilou is better than muxibinha, but muxi brought it hard in this one, and used up ALL of his good moves. Just look at the beginning of muxi's first set. I haven't seen that kind of intensity since Lilou in 2005. Yeah his finishes weren't that good, but he did hit beats damn well. It seems like he just wanted to beat the former champion and didn't pay attention to the rest of the competition haha

Most of Lilou's moves were so 'last year'.And yes he clearly tried to save his best moves for last.well,i guess it does'nt work tis time round.Lesson learnt: Overconfidence is never a good ting.

I was pulling an arbitrary number and you're taking everything at face value. Even then did you count everytime someone didn't pull off their move? You would have to study every bboy's move set and make sure everything was pulled off flawlessly. Did you do that? No you didn't so stop talking. I also like the fact that you talk about new moves but refer back to BC One 2005. WTF does that have to do with Lilou's new moves?
