Probably cause Luigi hadn't been bringing it so much to battles. Hell, i was pleasantly surprised from the first rounds and from expecting sunni to take him out i was rooting for Luigi to take the belt. Man really brought the true essence of bboying back on the BC One stage.

Luigi was the most consistent, cleanest of all the bboys. From the first round to the final he gave full clean dope three rounds every battle. I feel like he should have won this one. Lil zoo was crashing and slipping the whole tournament

To be fair that is the same with most bboys. You get your style and your strength and you work on execution and mixing it up. Few bboys continually cycle new moves. Hill is the same in this. Issei just didn't come hard enough here. He underestimated Hill. Issei's first round sets were harder than what he put out here.
