I don't really see Lilou but I agree with you on Hong 10. He's basically the Japanese version. His strengths are his high energy, huge vocabulary of moves, and high difficulty. Where he lacks in my opinion, and it's the same for Hong 10, is in clarity, musicality, and charisma.
