The fundamental flaw with BC1 is that dance as sport ultimately favors competitors who don't take risks. It's better that someone with foundational flow rather than tricky blowups wins repeatedly because audiences are reminded what breaking really is. However, for sake of ongoing interest and inspiration, put a cap on the number of wins a competitor is allowed. At this point it just looks like Menno beat the event, rather than his competition.
