I’m really happy with this year, everything is falling back to its place…even though i rooted for Nadia and Phill Wizard but Amir and Logistix really fought for it and earned it 👏🏾👏🏾 I’m glad that Originality, Musicality and style won because i’m tired of the Hyper Gymnastics. Vavi was elegant and swift, very compelling . it was important for Flea Rock to win against Shigekix to show people that this is HIPHOP at the end and also so Shigekix can slow down next time and start paying more attention to dancing and vibing as well.

Disagree. Shigekix was dancing and vibing all the time. When I see shigekix dance I still see "HIPHOP", so I don't know what you mean by that pretentious comment. Yeah, Flea Rock had some style and he wasn't afraid to try new things but Shigekix had way more content and was overall better. Flea Rock messed up a couple of times, Shigekix didn't mess up at all. No disrespect to Flea Rock but anyone can get "guns out" and start improvising with that. But no one can do what Shigekix can do the way he does it. I think it was more important for Shigekix to win to show people that we value all aspects of breaking instead of just "vibe". Shigekix does have originality, musicality and style, not just "Hyper Gymnastics". Overall Shigekix was better and should have won. Well done to Flea Rock though, I'm glad he's happy.

Shigekix got robbed. Like c'mon. Flea Rock had a strong attitude and burns but that was just not enough. Same with Zoopreme vs Wild Jerry. Wild Jerry took that.

He wasn’t clearly robbed. I liked Flea Rock (Flea) and he successfully intimidated Shigekix. You can see Shigekix takes time out of his 1st set to respond with the knife burn. And 2nd set to do only one round of UFO/deadman to say that he can do flea rocks move; but in my opinion was not as cool. In this dance, it’s generally a good strategy to stick to your own strengths. Flea Rock was also entertaining to watch since he did some stuff (that even though it might’ve not been complex/difficult) was unique to RedBull BC One. Maybe if Shigekix did his own thing he might’ve performed a bit better. But I think his whole responding to Flea made him slightly worse. Shigekixs’ first battle was phenomenal because he was just being himself.

Flea Rock has very nice flavour, yes, but to be honest Shigekix clearly won at least 2 rounds against him. But apart from that, he raised unnecessarily heavy guns against Johnny Fox. Anyway, Amir deserved 1st place. His moves and transitions are very unique or very surprising. He lacks a bit of footwork, but everything else he does compensates that. Guys like zoopreme need the right music and vibe to really go off. There has to be more of funky style. Bboys like tawfiq or Bart lack diversity. They do hard moves, but they are all too similar and in the end they repeat themselves. Nori is one of the best and dropped out too early. He combines different styles with clearness and precision. Unfortunately, that's how it is when you have a tough opponent right at the start. Sunni felt the same way, but he wouldn't survive much on further rounds.

The judges were really strange this year, not sure what they were playing at. Zoopreme should have gone out round 1, but he goes through then he rolls through Amir easily in round 2 but loses..? Shigekix obviously should have beat flea rock too, that goes without saying. We missed the Shigekix vs Phil Wizard final that we should have had.

The top 16 bboys was really horrible sound. Almost skipped the top 16, terrible beats sounding terrible. It got better as the battle went on, but you can see the difference when some funk came on in the Logistik Vs Ayumi battle, the vibe was so much better

@@pocketski thanks for posing those good questions. I feel like Ronnie goes more into the mind of the breaker, battle strategy, stuff like that, whereas Cros states the obvious and jokes around more often than not. Ronnie does that stuff too, but it's appreciated that he knows what he is talking about as a high level breaker. For Cros, he doesn't have that credibility in his commentary, and I feel like it shows. I don't think you have to be active to talk about it generally. But in football for example they have legends of the game providing their insight which is invaluable to the viewer. In breaking it'd be nice to have the same.

Fiquei muito feliz pela Logistx e pelo Amir, a Vavi e o Pill também mereciam, mas só um pode ganhar. Pelo menos dessa vez não teve roubo, como nas edições que o Menno ganhou. Nada contra ele. Mas ele não merecia ganhar o Bc one de 2014 nem o de 2019. Talvez ainda merecesse ganhar o de 2017 que foi na Holanda e realmente ele dançou muito.
