When I was a kid only 16 years old I decided to go on my own due to the hardship from my parents. I can proudly say that my life was saved buy a BMX bike. I wrote it everywhere I got a job as a dishwasher and bought my first BMX racing bike after scene kids jump around on dirt jumps. I told myself "i can do this" so I went to my local bike shop and bought myself my first racing bike on layaway. A GT Mach One $20 a month. So I decided to become a BMXICAN because BMX I CAN. My dream what's to become a state champion one day but little did I knew that I was going to become state champion 5 years in a row and 2 times National in a row. So my message is keep dreaming guys and let no one take your dreams Away from you the sky is the limit. When you fall you get right back up and keep on pedaling until the end of the finish line and then you press on further. Let no one steal your dreams or put you down. Peace out from California

Then i broke my bike (it was a bad one) and i saved money during some years before buying a nice one with cr mo pieces and double wall rims and ride again, then get a car to go to skatepark and street spots in the cities. rly loved this vid, we'll keep an eye on them !

maybe they dont have skateparks yet in nigeria... but they can dig their own dirt track........... that is what we did over here in the netherlands, the boys that did bmx were digging every day to build bigger and better ramps... it turned out in a real cool track and the township declared it as an official part of the town. its located in the city of Maarssen and there have been international competitions here on it aswel.
@MartinsOdabi946 жыл бұрын
Nigeria is not like the Netherlands You just can't wake up in the morning and start digging the city. The boys are far from a rural area where that might even be possible, Lagos is actually very crowded with very little land.
@Roensmusic6 жыл бұрын
@@MartinsOdabi94 you can't start digging every where here either mate.... Every piece of land here is taken. The netherlands is a lot smaller than Nigeria. But we just did it. We actually did something pretty risky because the police could also have said we had to stop doing it.....(which they actually did a few times, but we just kept doing it lol) but we had a little luck we already had a lot of people supporting it, many kids wanted it. Just look for a nice spot out of town were nobody will be bothered by it. Or maybe a small park or something.

These young men now have some purpose other than the alternatives of the risk of being a youth in Nigeria. Great for them! Red Bull, please begin a charity to provide these young people bikes.
