In Latin America, yes we dance like that! Edit: Actually latin America is very conservative, bur idky but our culture has a problem with hypersexualisation, sexuality is not bad, but in latin america is kinda hipocrite because there's a lot of "slut shaming" but at the same time we live around sex...thinking about it, similar to S. Korea lmao...however dancing is a big part of our culture and other countries see our dances as very sexy and provocative, while for us is normal.
