Today we look at Redcliffe Plantation . Once owned by the family of James Henry Hammond This plantaion is one of several owned by Hammond. It was 400 acres when in use but now 386 acres of the plantation have been donated to the South Carolina State Park System as an historic site. The sited is complete with the MAIN HOUSE, two Slaves quarters, Stables, and many acres of beautiful trees. The house boast 4000 + artifacts.
