when you install content manager its literally drag and drop, you just download the pack and drag to folder to content manager anywhere you want when its open and you're done, and if that wont work, you just open the content manager folder find folder that says cars and just drop it there. I see people talk sht that its not worth the effort but there aint much effort to get the cars in, same thing goes to maps just drag and drop.
