The Batman Who Laughs uses a dark metal mask to see into the dark multiverse I believe. In one of the comic series’ he basically went into our Batman’s universe and killed all of the Bruce Wayne’s with a good life to show that our Batman is the worst Batman, and he was going to kill all the good ones, he found them by using the dark metal mask, and that metal is practically everywhere in Gotham

The whole "he sees too much" is actually quite Dark, Joker is my main everything so I obsess over it all lol If you thought the Joker himself was Dark- Batman who laughs is terrifying. He sees all the multiversus in one, his side and Batmans side so all his memories are now tainted by Batmans memories and vice versa. All versions and outcomes of each. So he's essentially re-living everytime he's killed Batman, but also everytime Batman has killed him. He kills everyone while basically seeing nothing but death anyway. The only way to drive the Joker to true insanity- constantly remind him he's not invincible while giving him all the power he's ever wanted.

The metal ring around his face is made of Nth Metal. Even though it's solid metal, he can see into other dimensions with it. He can also perceive the darkness in the souls of those around him. People think of him as a Batman-esque Joker, but really, he's a Batman who dropped all of the restraints and inhibitions that hold back Batman. Since he understands who Batman thinks, Batman can't out-strategize him. Anything Batman can think to do to beat him, he already thought of and has a countermeasure planned.

The spike helmet is actually a Visor. Its used to see through walls and thermal. Also the batman who laughs became who he is due to batman getting infected with the joker toxin. Kept his intelligence but received the jokers insanity! He killed the Justice League and other heroes and villains and earth itself. Yes he found a way to get in Multiverse and conquer and kill other worlds!!

Yeh Batman who laughs isn’t a character you can appreciate from just people talking about him I’ve been trying to get my brother to read Batman who laughs as before I told him the origins he thought it was the joker who became a vigilante when a version of Batman died which would make sense because Batman who laughs is very slim and he has jokers face and all of jokers crimes are either against organised crime or just to get Batman’s attention.

In the DC universe, the Batman Who Laughs storyline has played out and concluded, so the Fortnite related stories are from a previous point in the timeline, and not the current stories being produced. Dark versions of Batman are really scary, but the Batman Who Laughs is one of the worse.

the jokers laughing gas is intensely toxic, and the reason that batman who laughs "Sees too much", isn't that he likes looking around the place, but the gas makes him hallucinate some really creepy and messed up stuff, similar to the scarecrows gas (if you've ever seen batman begins), and so, batman who laughs wears that spiky mask so that he onset have to experience those hallucinations. So at least he is scared of SOMETHING

What you said you didn’t get was the eye thing and the robin pet thing the eye mask makes him see the multiverse or something although I don’t really understand it was just a design choice and then they realized he couldn’t see although that might be false information the robins perch thing however this Bruce killed his whole bat family Alfred nightwing red hood batgirl etc leaving all but one the current robin Damian if you don’t know Damian he’s Batman’s bastard son who was raised by assassins so of course he’s fine with killing i don’t read comics with TBWL this is just random stuff I saw so I don’t actually know if this robin is treated as a pet I just know that the TBWL also has a bunch of kidnapped children who where all given robin suits and all jokerfied along with Damian Damian being the main robin or mega robin of the group I do know these ones are treated as pets tho they’re also cannibals and the only word they know how to say is crow with the exception of Damian who can speak normal words

I read the whole Batman Who Laughs comic. 1-7 issues. Around 200 pages. Takes 3-6 hours. I'd say it's worth a buy and Batman Who Laughs' appearance (looks) is fkn outstanding and creepy. Spoiler: The Batman Who Laughs (who used to be normal) killed Joker, and couldn't control himself but go insane, while normal Batman did know killing Joker will fire back for some reason. So, basically the Batman Who Laughs killed Joker.
