Sir, our Society is of 24 years old. As per recent stability report the building is reasonably in good condition. As most of the building in locality are being redevelope, some members are of the opinion that our building may also be taken up for redevelopment if majority people agree. Kindly advise if it is legally right to take 24 years building for redevelopment only because majority people want to do it.

Going by the reputation & success of the builder in places like GOA seems to be MORE important than referring to "only profit minded builders & developers of Mumbai area"!
