Sir I have been trying to write LDCE/PRQ but department never allowed me to write the exam... And eventually my age became the bar for LDCE... Recently LDCE was held out of 40 candidates only 12 were passed the exam result declared on 4th July 2023... As I am only eligible to write PRQ I was waiting for the PRQ notification... But recently when I enquired PB about the PRQ notification.... Personnel Branch replied that they have diverted the post... And I can not write PRQ... I wrote a letter to DyCE ... DyCE has forwarded the letter to APO... But no response.. please advise what shall I do... 1st LDCE in 2011 the notification was kept hidden from me... After last date i applied but PB said that CE is not agreed . In 2017 LDCE i couldn't write just for 1 month and 25 days was short to fulfill the criteria of 3years of service... Then in 2021 i was not allowed to write PRQ bcz 2 months short to fulfill 2 years of service.. Now in 2023 I can't write PRQ bcz the department has diverted the post to RRB... Please advise what shall I do .. All the delay is due to administrative reason but my career is spoiled to the core .. please help... I have another 8 years of service remaining
