I love how this perfectly encapsulates the creative mindset of a tween artist, like trying really hard to avoid copying, not fully thinking the design themes through, avoiding saying swears, etc. In that sense, the commentary perfectly matches the art. All of it just feels so nostalgic

The combination of all the uncanny things in this video (the voiceover that I *know* is June but without their trademark energy, the serious/deadpan tone when detailing a joke, the designs that are thought through *just* enough to be convincing parody, etc.) manage to make it tick over from funny into genuinely uncomfortable to watch in a way that takes significan skill and attention to detail.
