I don't find Charmy's OG design that bad, but I do like the Aviator touch for his redesign. Vector and Espio on the hand, love. Good touch on making Vec's tail shorter and giving Espio more Ninja tools

Yeah Charmy Bee is really weird, you can either make him look like a goofy bootleg mascot bee, or you can make him look like an actual Sonic character. I would Love to see Fang the sniper, Bean the dynamite, Bark the polar bear and of course, Ray the flying squirrel in the modern art style! Love your work btw❤

Charmy having a nose is a clear callback to Sonic's Disney inspiration. Many of the bugs in Mickey Mouse cartoons have little noses. The little button nose also helps play up that hes a little kid. I think that your idea is innspired even if i prefer the original.

Your Chamry redesign is so good, I like how you gave him the same eye shape the younger characters like Tails and Cream have since he's a kid just like them, I just think the regular eyes most sonic characters have just makes him look of putting, I also like how his goggles look like the eyes most insects have.

@@danspex I want to see Big's Feet into three toes instead of the Bloby feet like Donald Duck has, It felt too weird since cats have visible toes already. I wanted to see Silver with his full clothing and Blaze show off the flame tattoos on her arms. I wanted to see Cream the Rabbit and Sally Acorn redesign in the same video as well.

For Espio, you didn't keep the eyeshadow in the corner, ressembling classic eyelashes for male characters to emphasize their stare. Also, the strap on his shoes is meant to be close to the toes to ressemble either geta or ninja tabi. Basically, the strap mimicks a piece of wear that's usually found in japanese fashion

charmy without a "nose" looks REALLY weird. my solution would be to extend his "snout" out a little, making him look more like a bee, and less strange. also, i really like what you did with vector. EDIT: i just looked up what honey bees look like. apparently thay don't have "snout" type things at all?

Nose or no nose, Charmy's redesign looks pretty good and I like how you added some ninja materials to espio. Also Mighty's redesign reminds me a lot of the design he had in a Sonic fan series called Sonic gx. (Which I'm gonna have to catch up on because I completely forgot about it.) As always these redesigns are great. If I could give you one critique, it would be to give Espio some traits from his classic design, like his green shoes and back spikes. Next time, could you possibly do Bark, Bean, and Fang? I feel they could use a bit of love. Overall, fantastic work. 😁👍

I've always been suprised that no one in Sonic Team has ever thought of giving any thought of Espio the "Chameleon" making use of a long tongue. It's never made sense to me like giving Espio invisibility instead of camouflage. Like a CHAMELEON! 🙄

While I can see where you're coming from with Charmy, I still feel like the redesign you gave him is too drastic, especially in comparison to what you've done with the other characters. Maybe an in-between of what you've done here and the current design would be best? I dunno, I'm just some rando online. As for requests, maybe the next four could be Silver, Blaze, Cream (& Cheese?) and Omega.

I understand how you feel about Charmy. Hes supposed to be a bee (lol) but give less bee looks,like the color yellow,and no muzzle. Man, I REALLY like what you did with Charmy, it alwasy just bothered me how the bug characters have noses even tho they shouldn't, and the yellow muzzle looks really good! Espio reminds me of TMNT, especially with the little Xs where his strap connects with his belt xd Overall, great redesigns, as seems to be the norm by now. Can't wait for the next part! I didn't realize that mighty artwork is fanart I couldn't find any credits on it, I always thought it was official. Been binging these videos I love them. I will say personally the Charmy is my least favorite though, it probably strays a lottle too far. Id probably revert the helmet back to the old colour, keep the jacket orange, and unseperate the eyes. But just my personal take. Keep up these videos theyre great. About to watch part 4 :)

Hey, dude! I loved this video, and the two other redesign videos before it. It's clear that you're passionate. I was wondering if you were gonna make an 06 dedicated video with Silver, Blaze, and Mephiles. It's not my job to tell you what to do, but I just think Silver and Blaze are pretty important to the cast at this point. I understand if you don't wanna do a Mephiles design though, since he's basically a recolor of Shadow, but having some villains that aren't Eggman or Metal would be really cool, and Mephiles is one of my favorites. Anyways, keep doing what you're doing, bc you're doing a really great job!

I think everyone kind of overplays how weird the archie comics were. I've read them from beginning to end, and they were weird, make no mistake. A lot of that had to do with the art styles as it was a developing comic(from the _nineties,_ no less). But once it fell into a particular style, it stuck to it pretty faithfully and had been consistent ever since. It only got better as the series went on, and by the way it still holds the world record for longest-running comic based on a video game. People loved it so much and still do, to the point that archiesoniconline exists as a full-on continuation of the story, pre-and-post-reboot. I love the comic. Please don't diss it. It doesn't deserve it.

I'm just throwing out random ideas, but imagine making redesigned super forms for some of the characters, I say this because I feel like the quills are very stiffly stuck up in the modern games, and that the adventure 2 quills are too flat. Heck, Shadow's super form is just a re-skin of his fur. Or maybe you could give ones to those who have never gotten one, like, imagine a super form of Espio. That would be sick. Also love the vids❤

Hey! I use krita for my drawing program, audacity for recording, and I use wondershare filmora for editing. They’re all free except for wondershare it’s $20 a month but yea those are all the programs I use to make videos. For gaming you can screen record on your pc or you’ll need a capture card if you’re recording on console. I hope this helps and best of luck with your videos!

Personally, I would've gone closer to Vector and Espio's classic designs by making Vector leaner and giving Espio back his rounder pupils(because I'm just a big fan of those looks), but I do really like what you did with them here, I'm a big fan of Mighty's look, and I LOVE your take on Charmy.
