I have watched Looper in the movie theater back in 2012 when it came out and loved it. Before the world started to hate Rian Johnson. Also 2012 & 2013 are the last era of good Bruce Willis movies.

This is one of the last great science fiction action movies that Bruce Willis was in his quality of films definitely fell but you got one of the best back catalogs as long as you don't go to new it won't make you feel to sad

That was the peak time of movie pirating. And the time when movie starts to be shiny and shalow, the premise of the movie makes no sense.

Dude you have to do striking distance. It is filled to the brim with stereotypes and cliches. It really is a masterpiece in the art of making something that is so bad it's good.

Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon-Levitt are both really good in this movie but it's definitely one you have to shut your brain off to enjoy due to plotholes.

I heard it's good. I know it's good but I still haven't seen it and now thanks to this review I guess I don't have to. It's just I can't get over how Joseph-Gordan Levitt doesn't look human with those colored eye contacts (or is it CGI?). He looks like an alien disguised as a human. It looks so unnatural.

EDIT: The premise of the movie makes on no level sense. The premise of the movie falls on the simple fact that no low level criminal would survive 30 years if you give him a bunch load of gold. Most of them would OD in a year.

Everybody loving this Movie but forgetting that Looper made: Time Traveling a boring mess and Psychokinesis a boring mess. And the End made no sense at all, not even with the own in world logic.

It's a fun movie but that's because Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon-Levitt do an excellent job. It has some interesting ideas but yeah the writing is a bit of a mess from plotholes and it's another example of why Rian Johnson really needs to let someone be a co-writer in his movies.
