The reason pokyo can cling in any material is because it’s allways the same material with different textures So bowlers kingdom is the only one with metal to stop pokyo from being to good

That actually sounds really fun. With an exception being made for testing if they can go in water, maybe. Because sometimes you have to test that. And probably another rule about how you can acquire new captures somehow. Just like pokemon. Maybe something like one from the overworld and one from every sub area with a capture? 12:39 What happened here is that this area is where the taxi is supposed to be. The game checks if you are in that area and if you are in a capture (Not just the taxi, but any capture). If you are in that area and in a capture, the game will teleport you.

Yeah, you can even get it to trigger by doing something weird with one of the flinging poles, because it can see that you're a) there, and b) in a capture (the pole).

The pokio can break metal boxes by stabbing them exactly 200 times, so there's a chance that a lot more of this was possible than you thought!

The fact is that if it is not able to clash like more eye and poison it actually are both insane and reachable so the devs made sure he died. T rex in cascade and the water allowed it to sink through

My initial thought when he explained the premise for the video was "what if you don't spawn close enough to one of those things to capture one? What if an area doesn't have any of those things to capture?" It took longer than I'd like to admit to realize that it was modded so that he could make those just appear, and it wasn't a challenge of only using captures from the captures naturally available.

makes sense some "creatures" can scale or break things in levels they aren't normally in. No need to alter a walls encoding/add checks to something like a pillar to (dis)allow a bird to climb it when it's not supposed to be/obtainable in the level in the first place(+ the game aint "open world" so its not like you can walk from 1 universe to another disguised as a frog)

i know what happened in metro. There is no captures, and the taxi loading zone is made so that it doesnt make mario into the sub area. Since there is no captures that can go there, it isnt programmed to ignore them, and teleports mario.
