Awesome work mate. What a great little spot you have there. I love the dark colours of fish from clear dark water. I had a photo of a yellowbelly sent to me during the week, it was almost black and gold.

It's quite full at the moment, I would cast around any grassy or rocky areas if you're fishing from the bank.

What lb line you use for reddies mate?

I used 6lb mono up until recently but I switched to 4lb mono, I can cast way further and more accurately now with the 4lb

I launched my lure off the other day. And it was one that i didnt retie the knot to after last time.. dont know if that had anything to do with it but now everytime i start a new fishing session new knots 😅

Yeah I think they might be a bit stunted due to overpopulation. There was some bigger ones in there but I reckon someone kept a decent feed and now there's tons of tiny ones haha. Might need some culling to bring it back
