Rainbow Trout is my favorite to grill. We grill it after we pull the guts out. Then we wrap it in foil and pull the meat off the bones.

@Bluegabe, that island you are on cleaning and cooking was my Dad’s last trip on the water. He passed a month and a half after that special trip! You are in a very special place in this video. A place that after fishing and enjoying for my lifetime of 41 years I still get awestruck over! I hope you truly enjoyed this trip as the places you visited this trip are truly special! Thanks for sharing, God bless ya brother!🙏 Grown man tearing up now.

@@BRo-qx4xm Yes sir!! I have been living in the New Orleans area all my life. Learned this recipe a long time ago. Tried and true!! You can use any creole or cajun seasoning as well. The big punch in flavor is the lemon slices! Paper thin is the trick. Eat a piece with the fish, and BAM!!!

I have one question, what does red fish taste like? Spices are used to cover the taste of the fish or meat. Everything sounds good but I have to taste what I catch. My favorite fish to grill is a nice large mouth Bass, no spicing to cover the taste. Only thing that needs spice is a catfish or carp.
