I got a redge fit couple years ago always use it till today. I find that nobody uses the adjuster to thier height and make it max,but in my case I’ve always had it for around my height. If it felt to light then I will pull it to the highest. Try setting it according to height if it is difficult

I am in a similar boat as you (at the time of this video) just turned 30 and looking for ways to get my body back in shape. How long did it take for you to get used to the 2 bands/or 3 even? Is there a supplement for alternative bands with less weight? Great review, I love your honesty and look forward to another review in the future 🙏

I’m thinking of getting one of these. I need room in my garage and I have an Olympic weight bench with 400 pds of weights. I have dumbbells and basically everything I personally need. But I saw this and I’m wondering if it’s worth it. This would give me the space I needed

I got the redgefit back when everything was shut down for covid. I owned a bow flex years ago so I was familiar with the sort of workout you get with resistance and I have to say, it was actually a decent little piece of equipment. Who is this for? This might be for someone on the go, someone new to physical fitness or physical therapy. While you can execute plenty of exercises, I’d add push-ups, planks, chin-ups and crunches to the mix if this is all you have.

I agree. I think overall it's good as a supplement to calisthenics and other home based workouts

I would, but I actually strained my hamstring yesterday so I can't really do any physical exercise for a bit until it heals I'll try to do one after it gets better

Good review. I'm looking for something, I can just take with me, when I'm on the road. So I can still keep a consistent routine. Any new insights, after 6 months? Did you keep using yours?

Over the months I found myself really missing traditional weights and I ended up using it less. Resistance band training doesn't exactly feel the same as traditional weights and I ended up not liking it in all honesty. Probably just my personal preference though

@@mobbinator Thanks for responding! I used to do weightlifting myself and it sure is addicting. I tried getting into bodyweight training, but it doesn't really appeal to me. I somehow like straining against a weight better. So maybe this wouldn't be a bad compromise for now. And I would be in better shape, if I ever start lifting again 😆

Bodyweight training is actually one of my favorite things to do actually! And yeah the Redgefit is a good middle ground to get that feeling of weightlifting at home without actual weights

@@stephenmykoliw2109 fortunately it didn't. To be fair, I think all resistance bands will eventually wear and snap, but I was a bit surprised that it did since I honestly don't use my redge fit as much as I thought I would

Sorry I took so long to come back to this. I tried doing shrugs and it doesn't get low enough for me to do them. Bear in mind that I am pretty short (5'6") so maybe if you're taller it's possible
