Red, thank you for your reaction and comments, and I fully agree, Angelina just keeps getting better. Angelina always has a few surprises at each concert and this one blew me away. I LOVE how she never sings the same song, the same way twice. Look how many versions of "Bad Valentine" she has blessed us with. This song is highly personal, about how her (step)father, Gerald Slattman, betrayed her. Angelina's mother divorced him in the past year, causing great heartbreak for all involved, but Angelina finds a way to put a positive spin on each negative situation. She is a very confident, strong-willed young lady and this song confirms it.

His name is Gerry Christian Slättman living in the town Härnösand Mid-Sweden. I don't know if he still works for Statoil but I know that he bought "Sanna" a real estate near Härnösand a. few years ago of one of my close friends and his former schoolmates are friends of mine. But I don"t know anything about if he is AJs father or not.. Leave it at that.

Love when she simplifies songs, she really needs no or minimal accompaniment to sound incredible. Beside the great storytelling and emotion-conveying that she always does in her choices when singing lyrics ... I find her mmmmms ahhhhs ooooos etc in this song compelling and soul-piercing. It's not scatting but it's close to being like another instrumental accompaniment.

This is my first time hearing this version of Thank You, greatly slowed down, full of emotion, almost painfully so. And although I'm glad this event in her life has shown her some of her hidden inner strength, in fact added to it, the emotional turmoil for adults is beyond painful, but for a teen, it reaches another level of awful. Ok, I just jumped on here because it’s your latest video, forgive me. I was just watching another beautiful girl’s channel and she was first reacting to this band that I had to let you know about. Another band you absolutely need to check out. They are also from the old school, Classic Rock era, my specialty. 😁 The band is BOSTON, some of the best to ever do it. Same era as earlier RUSH. Both were in constant rotation on the radio back then. Super strong, Super clean band. Highly recommend! Remember, I’m a lifelong RUSH hardcore, so I know good music. The songs More Than a Feeling and Foreplay/Longtime are a very strong way to start. You need this. 😃👍 🛸🎸 Phenomenal band! All the way back to the 70’s even though you’d not necessarily guess that by their music. Surpasses many, many modern bands easily.

This song is apparently one of the eight songs that Angelina recorded with Toby Gad two years ago. Bad Valentine was another. She debuted this song at her Glendale concert in September but in a reggae style. I assume the reggae version is similar to what the studio version sounds like. I believe they plan to release this song, probably in its original form. Maybe a stripped down version will also be released, as she did with Bad Valentine.

Angelina is only singing in small venues with no decent publicity, while weak voiced Grace VanderWaal is singing on National TV with thousands in the audience, and thousands more watching around the world. What is going on here? Is Republic Records to blame, or Angelina's own people? Grace is making a major comeback after years of doing little and Angelina is kept on the "back burner"..Elvis was doing small venues until Co. Parker signed him and turned him into a singing superstar. Angelina should search for her own Col. Parker.
