glad that you're pursuing fitness its incredibly rewarding, I've been doing fitness now for close to 3 years and have never felt better. I know you're not asking for advice but I'll give you a small thing eat as much beef as you can afford, beef is your best source of protein that is easy to get your hands on I promise you you'll recover so much faster with beef than anything else. Also I like the editing style its much more engaging to watch

Makes me sad that Gears 4 basically doesn't work at times. Tried playing it a few times the last couple days and every lobby I find has at least 6 or 7 people with over 100ms (including me)

Fasting like eating nothing is not good for a diet. It only makes it harder to stick to the diet. A high-protein diet would be better. This will help you regenerate better and make you feel better. I'm just saying. But good luck with it.

Definitely prefer the regular style vids, feels jumpy like a compilation. Just like how you executed Baird, but we have now idea why especially when you say remember me? Assuming you got shit talked or Tbagged or both but not sure. Just feels less interesting is all, just my opinion though see ya in the next one brother.
