Jakkie uncovers the profound timeless event that every generation must face a 'rediscovering' of the Torah. Through the story of King Josiah and more, Jakkie delves into the terrible impacts that the abandonment of YHVH's Instructions can have, but how we can break free from the deceptions of the enemy and truly come closer to God, by learning how to live according to His set-apart ways through His spiritual Torah. ******* *More Information* Want to learn more? Wonderful message and blessed confirmation. I am the only person I know of in my area trying to both follow Torah and believe in Yeshua HaMoschiach. I was brought up as an evangelical Christian. A few years ago, the Holy Spirit told me to begin observing the Holy Days and Shabbat. Then to read the interlinear Hebrew translation and start learning Hebrew. Now the entire scripture connects as never before. It is comprehensive and cohesive. The Holy Spirit has shown me how Christians partnered with pagan Rome and forgot His Word. I have tried to convince my family, but so far to no avail. I've told them, once you see it, you can't unsee it. But they don't seem to want to see. It breaks my heart. Thank you for the message. It's so good to know many are embracing this knowledge.

@@loric69 What area of the US are you in? I know some people around the country. And I understand about being frustrated by non-biblical doctrine and traditions of men being taught even among those seeking Torah. There is one issue in particular that grieves my heart; gender hierarchy 😢 Thankfully people are starting to wake up about that man-made doctrine now 🙌🏻

This past summer, this reading was one of my daily readings at the time. I have been practicing the Sabbath and learning about the feast days this past year for several months. My eyes have been open to scripture in ways that I haven’t seen in a long time. When I read this about Josiah and what he did and how he sent the priests in to the temple into the holy place to remove all the unclean things in that moment, I realized that is my high priest and I invited him and asked him to please remove all the unclean things that are in me. I spent time before him and then went about my day when I woke up the next morning I cannot tell you how cleanand free I felt. The word of God is such an astounding comfort and I am so glad that y’all has given this to us.

Great teaching! I can see a pattern in the fact that it took 10 years for King Josiah to reach the pinnacle of God's truth, I think it gave him time to gradually clear the way. All in Yah's timing. Shalom!

I need to listen to this two or three times! This is a beautiful presentation of the truth of the Lord, and a great testimony to how we can live our lives more devoutly to God, as Christ followers! I really needed to hear this message as well, because it really hit home when you said that. Josiah from the age of 8 until 20. Something, had been worshiping God with his heart, but he had been worshiping wrongly! And he didn't know he had been committing unintentional sin! But we are sure the Lord God forgave him, because he was judged not against the law at that time, but from where he had been! And though the law of God was in his heart, as the Holy Spirit helps put it in our hearts today, there are things we simply cannot know about God until we read his word in the Holy scripture! And that is exactly what Josiah was experiencing! And that sounds a lot like most of my Christian walk... Making up my own ways of serving him, making up my own ways of choosing to do things for him or worship him or celebrate him in holidays... But I have never ever ever EVER felt jesus's presence in my life before now... Before the time when I begin celebrating his holy days, putting days aside for him that belong to him for his own appointed times,.... And following Torah. And as a woman he did convict me recently to begin covering my hair as an act of modesty so that I would not unintentionally become a stumbling block to somebody. And also so that during my prayers and during my praise, and during my service to him, I am constantly under his cover! My life has changed tremendously and drastically, and my walk has become so much more close to him. Ever since I began following Torah. It's still taking some research and understanding as to what to do, but there are many things that are not foreign to us when we do things and come to understand his wisdom! That is, his wisdom is written through all of the laws and commandments, and once you start to do them, he changes your heart to understand why, and he helps you see how you are doing better at following him, in His holy ways! All I can say is that my life has completely turned around since I started following God's ways in the Old Testament, specifically, if we focus on the first five books, written by Moses! The Torah! There is absolutely no comparison between then and now. I belong to God and there is zero question as to how or as to whether or not I will go to heaven! Jesus himself told me, because he came to see me in a vision briefly, both on Yom Kippur, the day of atonement... And also on simchat Torah, The assembly on the 8th day, after the feast of Tabernacles!

Ooh, thank you for sharing!🙏🏽 I had a couple questions if you don’t mind.😊I was recently prompted to wear head covering, do you know if it applies to single or just married women? And would it be specific for prayer and prophesying in church/while assembled as per 1 Cor. 11:5? Also, have you been prompted to mikvah?
@Ranched-lp3nr
@Ranched-lp3nr Ай бұрын
@@HisChild5775I headcover during assembling, which I believe is the context of I Cor. However, I rarely leave home without a covering like a hat, and I wear a hat for work, so I'm covered, even though I'm not doing it as a headcovering. I know headcovering isn't commanded in Torah, but it also was cultural to do so. I don't know why so many Torah groups don't headcover at all. My family was immersed this summer, and no mikvah is necessary after this, because we are clean. There is "one baptism, one faith". Do you see it differently?

42:04 it actually is in the Bible: Jeremiah 10:2 Thus saith YHVH, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. Jer 10:3 For the customs of the people are worthless: 👉for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. Jer 10:4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.👈 Edit: Lol 43:14 😁🙌🏼

Acts 13:38-39 38Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: 39And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses. Galatians 2:16 knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified. Galatians 3:11 But that no one is justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for “the just shall live by faith.” Galatians 3:24-25 Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor. Galatians 5:4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. Romans 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. Romans 4:2-5 For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God. For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt. But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness, Romans 5:1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, Romans 5:9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. Romans10:4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. Titus3:5 He saved us, not by the righteous deeds we had done, but according to His mercy, through the washing of new birth and renewal by the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. Philippians 3:9 and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith. 2 corrin 5:19 For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation.

Following God's appointed feasts and law is not a salvation issue. We are saved by faith in His son the Messiah. And many are saved, and may never honor the law. Matthew 5:18-19 AMPC "[18] For truly I tell you, until the sky and earth pass away and perish, not one smallest letter nor one little hook [identifying certain Hebrew letters] will pass from the Law until all things [it foreshadows] are accomplished. [19] Whoever then breaks or does away with or relaxes one of the least [important] of these commandments and teaches men so shall be called least [important] in the kingdom of heaven, but he who practices them and teaches others to do so shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven." As we press into His Holy Spirit and allowing Him to set us apart from the world, from the practices of Babylon, sanctifying us and consecrating us, He will bring us into all Truth. And then we will be able to worship in Spirit AND in Truth. The law is part of the truth. I stopped observing non-biblical pagan-originated holidays of the world, because I was hungry for the Truth and once I learned it, I could not unlearn it. I saw it as evil, and turned away from it. And later, the Holy Spirit asked me to learn the biblical feasts and to practice them. His presence and glory meet us for these feasts, and we are filled with joy and His Spirit, signs and wonders! And they are a joy to spend time with Him! 1 John 5:3-4 AMPC "[3] For the [true] love of God is this: that we do His commands [keep His ordinances and are mindful of His precepts and teaching]. And these orders of His are not irksome (burdensome, oppressive, or grievous). [4] For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith." Romans 7:12 AMPC [12] The Law therefore is holy, and [each] commandment is holy and just and good. People simply need to submit every area of their life to Christ. And let the Holy Spirit. And believers will find themselves at different levels in their walks. And this is alright. They may all be born again, and saved, but they will be operating at different levels in the kingdom of God. Ask the Holy Spirit for yourself about these feasts. Ask Him to teach and show you what He wants you to take part in, what pleases Him, and what displeases Him. Don't trust in man. But do not rely on your own understanding either. Proverbs 3:5-7 AMPC [5] Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. [6] In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths. [7] Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil. [Prov. 8:13.]

True, we are not "justified by the law". Our salvation is our faith in Christ. But that doesn't mean we should ignore God's Law/Torah. Jesus said, "If you love me, keep my commandments." And he also said, "Think not that I came to destroy the Law, I came not to destroy but to fulfill." Saved by grace, but obedient to the law because I love Christ.

The distinction of the law is not "old testament vs new testament" but divided up into moral law, ceremonial law, and civil law. Civil law (such as treatment of slaves) only applied to national Israel. Ceremonial law (such as the Sabbath, sacrifices, diet, etc.) Were fulfilled in Yeshua. This is why there are no sacrifices offered any more. What we are to follow in following Yeshua is the moral law of God which is also written on our hearts. Romans 2:15-16 Keeping the festivals, Sabbath, and dietary laws, and others things of this nature are a matter of personal conviction as found in Romans 14, Galatians 4, and Colossians 2. So keep ceremonial law if you feel so led but don't let anyone condemn you if you don't.
