RedM not launching? Error code: (0x500) Here is the fix!

I love you. Thanks. For me, I was playing redM and wanted to put it on my side monitor, so I changed the monitor output from 0 to 1 and restarted the game. I could not open the game after.

This worked for me but I also had to delete the cache and data from RedM files as well as settings folder from Red Dead file on Documents/Rockstar Games

My rdr3_settings folder is already empty.... still getting that error....

mine goes as far as "my name" and i don't see app data at all or anything after that

I would see if your app data folder was put anywhere else and if not I would probly reinstall the game to a complete new folder just by itself and if that don’t seem to work than I would ask the peeps on discord they should be able to help you more🙂

@@AGame727when I try launch the game I get “if you see this, the user interface isn’t able to show” then a bunch more stuff saying it could be caused by improperly misconfigured mobile flu setups, improperly installed graphics mods or other system configuration
